Personal privacy and security of information are mutual concerns of HOG, its members and visitors to the NSW South Coast HOG Chapter website.  This statement explains our internet policy and security measures relating to personal privacy and information security.


The NSW South Coast HOG Chapter may collect and store the following information about you when you visit our website:

  • the name of the domain from which you access the internet
  • the date and time you accessed the site and the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site


This information may be used to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the site to help make our site more responsible to our members and prospective members.  We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information.  If you choose to contact us via email and provide other personal information over the internet you do so voluntarily.


The NSW South Coast HOG Chapter will not disclose personal information provided to it except as follows:

  • at your request, which may be verbal, in writing, by telephone, electronic or other recognisable means
  • To assist HOG in evaluating its programs and to continue to improve the quality of your online and membership experience
  • When disclosure is required by law, such as pursuant to a court order, subpoena, legal process or government agency examination or investigation or to protect or enforce out rights.
